Yoga for couples with touches. Yoga for Couple is a yoga session shared between 2 individuals, intimate, gentle, and guided by a Yoga teacher/Yoga therapist. It includes breathing techniques, sensitive touch, yoga postures (asanas), purification exercises (kriyas), and meditation for couples. The intention of this practice is to give the couple the opportunity to do a practice that will bring physical and mental balance, in a shared and assisted way, as well as to calibrate themselves energetically as a couple, which naturally creates an intimate environment of greater connection between the couple.
Includes:
- Yoga class with instructor;
- Use of essential oils;
- Yoga mat
Booking at least 10 days in advance; Cancellation at least 24h in advance; When booking, inform the operator of your physical conditions; Bring water for hydration; Bring comfortable clothes for yoga practice; Be open spiritually to experience something new and shared.
